Treatment Coordinator

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team If you love working with patients, enjoy collaborating with a great group of professionals, and have strong knowledge of dental treatments and financing options, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate their treatment plans.
- Verify HMO and PPO insurance coverage.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, using your knowledge of dental terminology.
- Help patients find affordable options for their treatment, including payment plans and financing.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Keep the office organized and welcoming for our patients.
- 5+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator.
- Comfortable working with multiple providers in a busy practice.
- Available on weekends
- Knowledge of dental software (Open Dental is a plus).
- Spanish is a plus
- $20-$26/hr DOE
- Daily bonuses
