Description
Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is expanding, and we are excited to welcome a Revenue Operations Specialist to our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our commercial organization by optimizing our sales processes and implementing data-driven solutions.
The Revenue Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting our revenue teams by thoroughly analyzing our lead generation, prospecting, deal flow, and revenue pipeline. We are looking for a passionate individual who is eager to take ownership of important projects and is ready to make a significant impact.
This is a full-time role reporting directly to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and Analytics.
Preferred Location
This position is remote and open to candidates across the continental United States, with a preference for those located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Travel Requirements
While expected travel is less than 5%, occasional travel may be required for team meetings.
Essential Functions

Support Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Leadership by enhancing their interaction with our data, primarily stored in Salesforce and its interconnected systems, to boost sales strategy execution.

Analyze the lead and opportunity assignment engine to effectively match individuals and companies with the right sales professionals.

Create accurate sales and revenue forecasts through pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key sales performance indicators.

Organize data to generate deeper customer insights, ultimately enhancing sales productivity.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and synchronization of business data and reporting for all Go-To-Market team members.

Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies as needed.

Conduct significant analyses with minimal supervision, allowing for independent judgment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, economics, etc.) and/or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

3+ years of experience in SaaS Sales/Revenue Operations with a leading technology firm.

Proficiency in Salesforce object and reporting schemas.

Intermediate Excel functions and modeling skills.

Experience with Business Intelligence tools.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to present data across various functions and to executives.

Meticulous organizational and documentation abilities.
Preferred Experience, Knowledge, and Skills

Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ object and reporting schemas.

Experience developing dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and QuickSight.

Salary Disclosure
The compensation and rewards package for full-time roles at Dodge Construction Network includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for suitable positions, uncapped commission plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
