As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader for our Guest Experience Representatives, making sure every interaction, from reservations and bookings to onsite activities is seamless, memorable, and full of aloha spirit.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire our Guest Experience team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Support daily operations across guest touchpoints (reservations, bookings, contact center, and onsite).
  • Jump in when needed to keep things running smoothly for guests.
  • Share your knowledge of packages, promotions, and guest offerings to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to make every experience extraordinary.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably guest-facing.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience (bonus if in hospitality, events, or call center environments).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Comfort with booking systems, POS, or reservations platforms.
  • Passion for teamwork, positivity, and delivering 5-star experiences.
Role Details
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt (on-site, not hybrid/remote).
  • Location: West O?ahu, Hawai?i.
  • Schedule: Flexibility required, includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
