We're seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to elevate our digital marketing operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving brand growth through innovative, data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Digital Operations: Expand and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maximizing ROI. Define strategy and suppot hands on execution and coordination of execution across multiple partners.
- Retail Media Network Management: Own the strategy and execution of our Retail Media Network, collaborating with vendors to deliver high-performing sponsored display and OTT campaigns.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-platform digital strategies optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to integrate digital strategies into holistic marketing plans, offering strategic recommendations on audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign objectives.
- Partner Campaign Program: Lead end-to-end execution of partner campaigns-from proposal development and funding acquisition to content management, launch, and performance reporting.
- Management of third-party vendors and marketing partners across programs.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and execution, ideally within retail or consumer goods.
- Strong leadership skills: experience managing and developing high-performing teams and helping develop growth in marketing skillsets
- Expertise in media planning, campaign optimization, and vendor collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
- Understanding of key digital marketing KPIs - reporting in Google Analytics.
- 7+ years experience in paid digital media and campaign support (Google- Search, Shopping and Local Inventory Ads, Yelp, Display Ads, OTT and other Channels)
