Pay & Growth
• $25+ to start
• $30+ in ~90-120 days
• Techs earn $70k+
• Senior techs $100k+

The Apprenticeship

Requirements
• 2+ years in a skilled trade
• Lift 50 lbs regularly (100 occasionally)
• At least 18
• Comfortable learning new tech

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
