Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems with precision.
  • Interpret blueprints to understand existing pipe layouts and ensure the correct equipment is used.
  • Engage with customers to identify system deficiencies and recommend effective repairs.
  • Document all inspections, repairs, and deficiencies thoroughly.
  • Communicate relevant job information for follow-up estimates and inquiries.
  • Uphold a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Be part of on-call rotation, responding to service requests, including after-hours or weekends when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fire suppression and fire alarm systems is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Trade School or Apprenticeship preferred.
  • Excellent mechanical skills with an ability to work from blueprints.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail in a physically demanding environment.
