Requirement:
TECHSTAFF of AZ is seeking a person to aid in the sub assembly and/or final assembly of printed circuit boards and electronics.
Specific job functions include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and assembling circuit boards to full electronic assemblies
- Performs assignments according to company quality assurance standards
- Recognizes errors/discrepancies in documentation and stops work until matters are resolved
- Follows safety protocols while maintaining quick and accurate work
- Interprets and understands production documents and drawings to complete tasks.
- Knowledge or certification in IPC-A-610, J-STD001
- Experience with laboratory equipment such as multimeters
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong hand/eye coordination
- Good team player
- Strong organizational skills and cleanliness
Required Experience
- 1+ years Experience as an electronics assembler
- Must be able to read and understand complex circuit board diagrams/blueprints
- Soldering and electro-mechanical assembly according to parts lists and circuit board diagrams.
- Must be familiar with electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.
- Must be familiar with SMT, and Through-hole technology.
