Description

Objective:

ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a world-class cutlery and cookware company, is looking for part time Sales Associates to join our retail sales team. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven, self-motivated, team player with a strong focus on customer service and a culinary passion Foodservice, cooking experience a plus Mandarin, Korean, Spanish bi-lingual speakers desired.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure outstanding and consistent customer service

  • Maintain an attractive and inviting store environment

  • Show and demonstrate products to encourage customer engagement

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Assist in receiving shipments in an organized and timely manner

  • Maintain a pleasant, cohesive, and cooperative work atmosphere

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Enjoy cooking and entertaining

  • Enjoy talking with and educating customers about products

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights & weekends

  • Commitment to customer service and constant improvement

  • Retail sales experience preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and adapt to change

  • Able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

  • Able to lift 35 lbs. or more and comfortable using a ladder

Compensation Range $17-18.00 per hour contingent upon experience
