Overview

KPMG is seeking a Manager, Workday Benefits Lead in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice. The Advisory practice is growing and encourages a collaborative, team-driven culture with opportunities for learning and career development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday Benefits projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries
  • Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Supervise and performance-manage staff working on assigned engagements
  • Manage engagements according to KPMG financial/cost management policies
Qualifications
  • Minimum of five years of recent ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation of Workday Benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college
  • Five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect; Workday certification in Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation (If not certified, must secure within three months of employment)
  • Detailed understanding of ERP concepts and module functionality
  • Travel as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future
