Position: Switchboard Operator

Industry: Medical/Healthcare

Location: Florence, South Carolina

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the switchboard with finesse.

  • Connect patients, families, and medical staff with warmth and empathy.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date call logs.

  • Respond swiftly in emergency situations, ensuring rapid and effective communication.

Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma

  • Excellent verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with medical terminology

  • Quick thinker with the ability to stay calm under presser.

Monday-Friday

8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay 11.00/Hourly

Pay Details: $11.00 per hour
