Apply today Responsibilities: • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Be willing to promote services to your Circle of Influence • Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis • Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses, and engagement with communities • Your main job is to grow relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • NO real estate experience needed • Must fit into the StroudCorp culture • Passionate • Fun-loving • Hard-working • Compassionate • Personable • Resilient • Must have a valid driver's license • Energetic • Intelligent • Flexible • Motivated • MUST obtain your MO real estate license for employment (we'll show you how) • Speed matters • Coachability matters Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000 yearly
