Job Opening:Home Care Aide – must be certified PCA*, HHA, or CNABranch:Watertown, NY (http://caregivershomecare.com/locations/home-care-in-watertown-ny) Job Location(s): Watertown NYRate:$18.10 / hourAvailable Shifts: Flexible day shifts, up to 12 hours/day – seeing 2-4 clients per shift, depending on shift length. Travel time between clients is paid. Whether you want to work 6 hours a day or 12 hours, we can work with your availability

*If you have had at least 3 months of previous hands-on caregiving experience in the last three years, you may qualify to become a PCA through our free one-day alternative competency training class.

Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license requiredRunning errands/shopping for clients is part of the job (mileage paid).

JOB DUTIES: Your day might include: providing a safe way for clients to feel clean and refreshed (personal care); learning some new recipes and preparing meals; tidying their home to keep them healthy and being sure they follow their medication schedule.   • Must be certified PCA*, HHA, or CNA

  • Will transition CNA to HHA with a free one-day class

  • Nursing students may be able to work for us as HHA’s – ask us how

  • If you have had at least 3 months of previous hands-on caregiving experience in the last three years, you may qualify to become a PCA through our free one-day alternative competency training class. Ask us how

  • Must be caring, dependable, & must meet health requirements

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
