Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. In this role, you will handle incoming calls and inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while meeting performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding accounts, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document interactions clearly and accurately
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and attendance
  • Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or additional support is needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Proficient attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls related to a variety of service inquiries.
  • Respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Consistently meet key department performance metrics.
  • Provide functional support across areas including:
    • Cash Management products and services.
    • Online (client website) and Mobile app support.
    • General account or financial related inquiries.
