About the Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role:
We are seeking a seasoned, experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience.
This position includes a hybrid responsibility: Sundays you will work at Metropolitan Veterinary Associates (MVA) in the EAL role, supporting the Emergency and Critical Care service by assisting with client communication, patient check-in/check-out coordination, and overall flow of the emergency department. Strong multitasking skills, communication confidence, and comfort in a fast-paced ER environment are essential.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with the following schedule:
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM at MVA in the EAL role
- Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM at MVUCS
- Starting at $19.00 + 15% Shift Differential
- Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
- Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
- Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
- Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
- Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.
