We're looking for an active Senior Accountant or CPA who's ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and play a key role in our growing firm. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role with a track to partnership for the right candidate. What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
- Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts
- Plan, prepare, and review tax returns
- Meet directly with clients to cultivate strong, lasting relationships
- Deliver a variety of non-attest services
- Oversee and mentor staff, helping to develop future leaders within the firm
- Active CPA license is a plus-but not required
- 2-4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements
- Strong project management and supervisory experience
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
- Confidence in explaining complex financial concepts to clients from all backgrounds
- Farm tax experience is a plus-but not required
