A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done You will manage a team of highly trained, optimistic Advisors, Operators, and Attendants to provide exceptional guest service in a fun, interactive atmosphere. We need an enthusiastic leader that has experience in management, and a willingness to learn the car wash industry.
General Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
- 18 years of age or older
- 50 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
- Basic Computer Skills
- 1+ years of successful supervisory experience
- Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus
- Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
- Participate in nationwide and regional sales initiatives
- Be the face of the organization and provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
- Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability
- Resolve all customer and membership issues in a timely manner
- Offer training to employees that are not meeting our standard
- Provide all the tools needed for new employees to be effective.
- Recruit and coach team members to ensure company values and customer service expectations are met
