Must Have Technical/Functional Skills JD For reference : Junior Business Analyst (with Basic QA Skills) Experience Level: 5 8 years preferred with minimum 5 years Healthcare domain working experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support requirement tracking and updates using tools like JIRA or Rally.
• Help create basic process flows, requirement notes, and functional summaries.
• Execute simple functional test cases and log defects accurately in JIRA/ALM.
• Assist in API validation using Postman and perform basic SQL queries for data checks.
• Support UAT coordination by gathering user feedback and ensuring issues are documented.
• Collaborate with senior analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand system functionality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain requirement/test documentation.
• Learn project-related healthcare workflows such as enrollment or care management (as required).

• Expertise in solving complex business functional issues, and manage the stakeholders.

Salary Range: $90,000 $110,000 Year
