About The Role

We are seeking an experienced full?stack developer to join our team in building a core data platform that supports Agentic AI, RAG, and Data Mesh capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular SAAS services for Agentic AI, RAG, and Data Mesh capabilities.
• Implement software for SAAS architecture with a focus on surpassing customer expectations through high quality and on?time delivery.
• Ensure overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanisms.
• Understand sophisticated products, data models, and communication protocols.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Create, document, and implement software designs involving complex workflows or multiple product areas.
• Collaborate regularly with other test engineers within the R&D Unit to set and drive the overall development strategy.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and innovative approaches to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Set strategy and approach for non?functional requirements such as performance and scalability.
• Drive automation wherever possible.
  

Technical Requirements

• Agentic AI (LangChain, LangGraph, Strand, MLflow, etc.)
• Agent?to?tool and agent?to?agent integration
• AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Vector Database
• Experience implementing RAG services and pipelines
• Experience with LLM models for chunking, embedding, and semantic search
• Experience implementing microservice architecture
• Strong knowledge of computer?science fundamentals in OOP, data structures, data modeling, algorithms, and Data Mesh architecture (preferred)
• Hands?on experience with machine learning/LLMs/RAG/Agentic AI is mandatory
• 5+ years of experience developing software solutions using cloud?native services (preferred AWS)
• Experience with SDKs, distributed systems, RDBMS, client?server architecture
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, containerization
• Experience with Gitlab, NPM, SonarQube, Terraform, Helm Charts
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database concepts
• Experience in system design and API design

• Proficiency in cross?location communication and English language

The salary range for this position is $105,100 to $189,200. This role is eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits. Details about benefits can be found at . The position is eligible for time off in accordance with company policies.
