Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Manager who will provide compassionate pharmacy consulting to patients, ensuring they have the information needed for the effective use of medications while being aware of potential drug interactions. You will also offer preventive and clinical healthcare services like immunizations and diagnostic testing, while efficiently managing pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing Patient Experience: Greet and assist patients, resolve their inquiries, and provide a joyful experience by offering empathy and understanding.
- Patient Counseling: Provide information on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and generics while ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards, manage workflow, and oversee inventory effectively.
- Clinical Services: Perform clinical services such as immunizations and diagnostic testing, and consult with healthcare providers as needed.
- Team Leadership: Lead pharmacy staff performance and professional development through coaching and formal performance initiatives.
- Business Management: Analyze pharmacy performance data, collaborate with medical professionals, and identify opportunities for growth.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states.
- Experienced in pharmacy operations and insurance billing with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Effective leadership skills with a history of positive team engagement.

Salary Range: $5,863.20 - $6,438.20 Bi-Weekly
