Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiation Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/22/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist Job Details: Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM No weekend, holiday, or call requirements Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience required Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, Associates Degree Epic charting system experience required Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract Pre-employment modules required (5-6 hours, completed before start date) Manager interview required after clinical screening Work in tobacco and fragrance-free facility Daily census of 65-70 patients Skills include: Adult acute care, custom molds and shields, tumor localization, block cutting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, IMRT, external beam therapy, radiation safety Experience with Pinnacle (Philips) and Eclipse (Varian) systems Must maintain isolation precautions and radiation safety protocols Ability to use lift/transfer devices and rapid response/code teams Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive radiation therapy department serving adult patients with various oncology needs.
