SystemsContractors, a full-service HVAC/Mechanical Contractor, is hiring a CommercialHVAC Estimator for our Greensboro or Raleigh-Durham office.

THE ROLE ATA GLANCE:
• Prepare and presentbid proposals.
• Collaborate withproject managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements andaddress any concerns.
• Conduct site visits toassess existing conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimating.
• Develop detailed costbreakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Provide input on valueengineering and cost-saving measures to enhance project efficiency andprofitability.
• Maintain accuraterecords of estimates, bid documents, and project correspondence.
• Coordinate withvendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure cost-effectiveprocurement of materials and services.

WHAT YOU'LLBRING TO THE TABLE:
• Bachelor's degree inconstruction management, engineering or a related field is preferred.
• 5 + years ofexperience in Commercial Mechanical Estimating.
• Experiencewith estimates for design-build projects is preferred.
• Excellent analyticaland mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communicationand negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverseteams.
