Our client, a renowned healthcare facility in Hanover Park, is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled (LPN) Licensed Practical Nurse to join their dedicated team. Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to residents as per their care plan.
  • Perform treatments as assigned per physician's orders, ensuring compliance with scope of practice.
  • Accurately report and record residents' conditions and care, including any signs or symptoms indicating a change.
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties performed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
License:
  • Must possess an active LPN license and be eligible to work in Illinois.
