Pay rate: $32-38/hr DOE
Our client is launching a multiyear transformation of their HR technology ecosystem, including the implementation of a new cloudbased HCM platform. To support this work, they're hiring a Talent Reporting Analyst to help shape the future of reporting and analytics across key Talent processes-recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning, and more. This is a highimpact role partnering with HR, IT, and system integrators to define, validate, and document reporting requirements ahead of system golive.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirementsgathering sessions with HR and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize Talent reporting needs.
- Translate business needs into clear reporting specifications (data sources, metrics, KPIs, visualizations).
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Data, Integration, and Reporting teams to ensure alignment on architecture and governance.
- Validate reports during QA and UAT to ensure accuracy, usability, and compliance.
- Support data governance and regulatory standards.
- Partner with OCM to develop training and communication materials for dashboards and reporting tools.
- Serve as a bridge between functional teams and technical developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR reporting, analytics, or business analysis.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and structured testing.
- Familiarity with Talent processes (recruiting, onboarding, performance, succession, learning).
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools (UKG reporting, Cognos, Power BI).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience using Azure DevOps for requirement tracking.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; teamfirst mindset.
- Experience with UKG HCM reporting and People Analytics.
- Background in largescale HR tech implementations.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
