Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and create new clients through face-to-face and virtual strategies, including networking, referrals, and social media engagement.
- Understand clients' needs and priorities to build personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure a high-quality client experience that adheres to company policies and ethical guidelines.
- Engage your branch team in developing and adjusting business plans to enhance effectiveness and achieve goals.
- Create a collaborative environment founded on trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
Characteristics of Successful Candidates:
- Interest in financial services and a desire to learn.
- Determined and motivated with a knack for relationship-building.
- Ability to think critically and tackle challenges.
- Passionate about discovering and seizing new opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with relevant experience in securities or financial services.
- Experience in financial services and/or sales.
- Registered or certified in financial services.
- Demonstrated career progression in a professional or military setting.
Licensing:
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations are required; these can be obtained during your paid training at Edward Jones.
- FINRA registrations must be completed within three months, along with state insurance licenses.
- Continued training offered by the firm and regulatory bodies is mandatory to maintain good standing for licenses.
