Sr. Pricing Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join one of our clients in the North Houston area. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining competitive pricing strategies that align with market trends and business objectives. You will work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate and profitable pricing models that support customer satisfaction and company growth. Your responsibilities will include evaluating market trends, analyzing cost structures, and identifying opportunities for margin improvement. You will also support strategic initiatives such as RFP responses, contract negotiations, and pricing optimization projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
