This position earns a competitive base salary + commission for a total range of $65,000 - $100,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you typically work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
As a vital member of our team, you have the opportunity to step out of the office and into the field, where you proactively engage with clients to drive our business forward. Through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, or door-to-door visits, you build positive relationships and promote our HVAC maintenance, repair, and retrofitting services. With your friendly and professional demeanor, you set appointments with facility managers, leveraging your in-depth HVAC knowledge to showcase why our company is the perfect fit for their needs.
Once onboard, you take on the role of an account manager, ensuring their satisfaction and surpassing your performance goals, ultimately contributing to increased business and a higher paycheck. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and you find fulfillment in supporting both our clients and our company
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OUTSIDE HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE
- 2+ years of experience with the HVAC industry
- Outside sales experience
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to meet these physical requirements: Climb up and down ladders onto roofs for commercial facilities, climb up and down ladders for residential sales as needed, lift 15-20 pounds, and work in high-heat environments
A bachelor's degree would be preferred but isn't required. Are you comfortable with hearing the word "no"? Do you possess exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills?
