  • Enhance systems by studying the current state and documenting existing business rules.
  • Collaborate across teams, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate stakeholder requests into actionable requirements and solutions.
The right candidate will have...
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in collaborating and communicating requirements effectively.
  • Extensive experience with software and database development concepts.
  • Strong expertise in developing technical documentation suited for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and managing quality assurance test cases.
  • A knack for translating data into insightful, actionable strategies.
  • Strong grasp on Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional skills in user acceptance testing and relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
