About the Role:

As a School RN, you'll be the frontline of student health, providing expert care and support in a dynamic school environment. You'll be the primary healthcare worker at a school(s), responding to medical needs, supporting chronic conditions, and collaborating with families, staff, and healthcare providers to ensure every student thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct care in school health offices

  • Respond to medical emergencies and severe health needs

  • Support students with chronic conditions and emotional well-being

  • Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and healthcare providers

  • Provide classroom support as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Current RN license in IN

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • School Nurse Certification (as required by state or contract)

  • 1+ year of experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health (preferred)

  • CPR certification

  • TB screening and current health certificate (as required)

  • Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
