Join our dedicated team as a Per Diem Clinical Nurse (RN) in the Med Surg department. We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses to provide exceptional patient care. If you are committed to enhancing patient outcomes and possess the necessary qualifications, we want to hear from you
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
- Certification/ Licenses: Current RN license in New Mexico or a current Compact state license.
- BLS Certification is required or must be obtained within 2 weeks of hire date.
- All other required certifications should be completed within 6 months of hire date. If you already have the required certifications at the time of hire, you must maintain them without a grace period for renewal.
Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills relevant to the patient population served.
- Understanding and sensitivity towards patients' rights in the delivery of care.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, tailored to the developmental level of each patient.
