Our client, the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Construction Manager to join their team. As a Field Construction Manager, you will be an integral part of the construction operations supporting the Golden Pass LNG terminal project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and project management, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead construction activities at the Golden Pass LNG terminal, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Oversee site contractor construction operations during the execution phase, including review of deliverables and supervision of personnel.
  • Champion worker safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain safety and QA practices, and assist in schedule preparation and monitoring.
  • Support commissioning and systems completion activities, providing on-site support and oversight.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or construction-related certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of site experience in construction, with 15+ years preferred, covering disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation.
  • Experience in marine environments, hot and cold taps, and pile installation is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) within 30 days of hire.
