- Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to customer needs.
- Honestly assess vehicles and build a detailed estimate of necessary repairs.
- Communicate cause and correction for customer concerns regarding their vehicle.
- Address any concerns from customers and interface with them on their vehicle as needed.
- Maintain professionalism.
- Keep shop in clean, working order.
- Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy inspections in service to our customers utilizing our digital e-inspection tool.
- Master MFG level diagnostic tools and subscriptions provided by ETF Ventures Inc.

Who You Are
- You're confident with the right tools in your hand, and you can use your experience, vast automotive knowledge and training to properly and timely diagnose, repair and restore a vehicle.
- You're comfortable with all the rigors that come with working on a vehicle.
- You believe that the best way to raise your game is to take advantage of training opportunities as they roll your way.
- High school diploma or GED (or 3+ years of related work experience
- servicing vehicles instead of the degree).
- Proven experience as auto mechanic
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of vehicles
- Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g. pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g. lift)
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- Excellent physical conditions
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
- Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Preferred:
Continue training to maintain current A.S.E. status and to meet with
technology and fleet changes as they occur.
Physical requirements:
Frequently required to stand, walk, reach, talk, hear, stoop, bend, kneel,
crouch, squat, climb, and tolerate excess noise levels and car exhaust.
Vision requirements: close, distance and color vision, depth perception
and ability to adjust focus.
Compensation: $16.50 - $38.00 per hour
