Job Title: X-Ray Tech

Experience: Minimum 2 years
License: Must possess a valid state license
Certifications: ARRT R, BLS

Must-Have:
- GE and Siemens experience
- Experience with various radiographic procedures
- EPIC charting experience

Description:
The X-Ray Tech will be responsible for obtaining plain film radiographs on inpatient units using both mobile and fixed radiographic equipment.
The position primarily focuses on emergency and general radiography.
Experience with trauma cases is preferred as the facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Candidates must have proficiency in performing a variety of imaging procedures including but not limited to abdomen, chest, extremities, and spine imaging.
Ability to work with different patient age groups ranging from neonates to geriatrics is required.
Candidates should be able to adapt to patient care needs effectively.
An understanding of charting systems is necessary for efficient workflow.
The X-Ray Tech will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.
It is essential to maintain a professional demeanor while providing care in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must ensure safety protocols are followed during all procedures.
Flexibility in floating between areas may be required based on staffing needs.
