Job Title: Database Developer
Location: Hybrid (Center City Philadelphia, PA - 1 day/week onsite)
Start Date: 7/21 or ASAP
Duration: Permanent Full Time
Compensation Range: $110- 140K 10% annual bonus

Job Description:
Develop and maintain scalable, performance-optimized data solutions across on-premise and cloud platforms for enterprise financial systems.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


  • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, and stored procedures

  • Maintain and enhance ETL processes using SSIS/SSRS and Visual Studio

  • Support Snowflake cloud-based solutions including SnowSQL and data sharing features

  • Write Python scripts for data automation and analytics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions

  • Monitor performance and ensure data reliability and security

  • Participate in rotational on-call support



Requirements:


  • Must-Haves:


    • 5 years as a hands-on Database Developer

    • Deep expertise with SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and query performance tuning

    • Experience with Snowflake and hybrid cloud data architectures

    • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation

    • Familiarity with PostgreSQL

    • Strong communication skills and ability to lead data-related projects


  • Nice-to-Haves:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Background in financial services or wealth management
