We seek passionate technical builders eager to work with early-stage startups, guiding them as they navigate their growth journeys. In this role, you will directly engage with diverse customers to assist them in making informed and pragmatic technical decisions. You will have the opportunity to forge enduring relationships as a trusted advisor.
As part of the AWS Startups team, you will actively work with customers, helping them leverage AWS technology effectively. You'll spend time learning about new technologies, ensuring you can guide startups through our comprehensive suite of over 200 services. Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our startup customers with our product teams, ensuring we develop the right solutions for their needs. Additionally, you will share insights across the community through technical content, discussions, and presentations at events.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise a diverse range of startups in adopting the right architecture throughout their growth lifecycle.
- Assist startups in designing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Encourage the adoption of various AWS services to enhance business value and accelerate growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to promote the evolution of the AWS platform based on customer feedback.
- Build and maintain technical relationships within the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and venture capitalists.
- Create startup-specific technical content, such as blog posts and solution samples, to help customers address technical challenges and expedite time-to-market.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT applications, including 2 years in hands-on software development or DevOps engineering.
- 2+ years of experience architecting or operating solutions on any cloud service provider, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- 8+ years of experience in technology solutions development and cloud computing transformations.
- Experience leading and developing teams of senior technology professionals, preferably in customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
