We're hiring Inventory Specialists to work on-site at various hospital settings in the Indianapolis, IN area. Please read the following job description in its entirety before submitting your application.
You'd be working alongside a team of 12, tagging medical equipment in the hospital with inventory stickers to ensure accurate reporting. This position requires consultants to be on their feet throughout the day in the hospital during business hours and doing manual, data entry tasks.

Role: Inventory Specialist / Installation Technician

Interview Process: 1 Phone Screen + 1 Virtual Interview (Making offers by 11/14/2025)
Contract Duration:
- 15 week contract (3.5 months)
- Start Date: December 15th
- End Date: March 31st
- Note: Christmas Day and New Year's Day are unpaid days off
- No PTO, due to being a short term contract
Locations - Covering 5 locations, all candidates MUST be comfortable going to each of the following areas:
- Avon, IN 46123
- Muncie, IN 47303
- Lafayette, IN 47905
- Carmel, IN 46032
- Bloomington, IN 47408
Shift Details:
- Start time varies between 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM
- Typical schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $19-$22/hr
- Eligible for Overtime 1.5x
- Compensated for any drive time to sites that is over an hour (ex: 45 minutes there, 45 minutes back = 1.5 hour commute. 0.5 Hour of work added to timesheet)
- W2 Position
- Weekly pay checks
- Eligible for Benefits Day 1 (Health, Vision, Dental, 401k)
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in a hospital setting (interacting with staff, patients, and guests)
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a hospital environment
- Education or training in technical/electronics fields or equivalent military experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) Installation Technician, you will be part of the RTLS Installation Team responsible for deploying RTLS systems at existing hospital client sites.
- Tagging medical equipment with RTLS stickers
- Matching RTLS tags with device IDs in the client's mobile app
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail during tagging and data entry
- Understanding which devices are in scope for tagging
- Communicating process improvements and flagging risks to the project lead
