LPN- LTC

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract Length: 13 weeks (91 days)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Holiday & Scheduling Requirements
  • Travelers are required to work TWO of the following holiday periods:
    • Thanksgiving and Friday/weekend after
    • Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and Friday/weekend after
    • New Year's Eve/New Year's Day and Friday/weekend after
Unit & Facility Details
  • Patient Ratio: 1:5
  • Number of Beds: 25
  • Type: Small critical access facility (experience preferred)
  • Floating: Required - must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within scope of practice.
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Experience required

Must have at least 1yr of recent experience in LTC setting.
