Description
We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated accounting professional to join our growing and dynamic team Are you a career minded individual in search of a workplace to call home? Qualifications:
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
- Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
- Post invoices
- Reconcile statements
- Disburse checks
- Balance statements and finalize data
- Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
- Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks
- Entering and reviewing W-9s
- Process and filing 1099s
- Filling out credit applications
- Communication with the dealerships' department managers
- Pay - commensurate with experience
- Full time - Monday through Friday
- PTO and holidays
