Job Title: Forklift Driver (CLAMPS Operator)
Pay Rate: $20.00

Overview:
Join our dynamic team in Northampton, PA, as a Forklift Driver, specifically a CLAMPS Operator We're looking for motivated individuals ready to take on the challenge of driving efficiency in our warehouse operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that products and materials move seamlessly through our facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with machinery, we want to hear from you Work with us Sunday through Thursday on the second shift for a competitive rate of $20 per hour.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience operating forklifts, particularly clamp trucks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the warehouse environment.
  • Capable of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, consolidating, stacking, and staging products.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with other types of warehouse equipment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a logistics or distribution setting.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a forklift driver or in a warehouse setting.
Other Requirements:
  • Must hold a valid forklift operator certification.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
