High Fidelity is led by a passionate and creative team of Missouri based entrepreneurs working in conjunction with a group of nationally recognized cannabis cultivation, processing, and retail experts. High Fidelity has been awarded licensing to operate two cultivation facilities, a manufacturing facility, and six dispensaries. High Fidelity is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a BOH Inventory Specialist. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing inventory levels, fulfilling wholesale orders, ensuring accurate tracking of products, and performing quality checks on finished cannabis products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and a keen eye for detail, particularly in quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: o Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking products coming in and out of the Inventory Vault. o Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. o Organize and optimize storage areas for efficient product accessibility. o Collaborate with procurement and production teams to forecast inventory needs. Quality Assurance: o Perform quality checks on finished cannabis products, before they enter the Inventory Vault, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. o Document findings and report any quality issues to the production team for corrective action. o Perform quality checks on outgoing wholesale orders to ensure accuracy and compliance. Compliance: o Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding cannabis inventory and quality control. o Assist in preparing for inspections and audits by regulatory bodies. Reporting: o Report any discrepancies or inventory problems to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement. o Utilize inventory management software to track product movements and maintain accurate data. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in inventory management or quality assurance, preferably in the cannabis industry. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with inventory management software and data entry. Knowledge of cannabis regulations in Missouri is a plus.
