Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor and customer recordsScan and maintain documents and files
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related inquiries and discrepancies
  • Perform ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
  • 2-3 years of related accounting/finance experience
  • Thorough understanding of the AP/AR processes
  • Familiarity with journal entries and related accounting practices
  • Excellent analytical skills

Salary Range $85,000-$90,000
