Description

Residential Family Advocate Social Worker needed for temporary, part-time position in Philadelphja County.

Coordinates and implements comprehensive housing plans with residents, assisting with applications, attending housing appointments, and collaborating with the Housing Counselor to identify opportunities. Partners with families to assess, plan, and deliver services that address health, safety, and human service needs, while providing education and support in basic life skills. Conducts monthly home visits to ensure child and community safety and monitors service delivery to adjust family plans as needed.

Position Requirements

BSW required with one year of human services experience preferred, strong communication skills, teamwork ability, knowledge of social work principles, and a valid driver's license.
