Are you passionate about ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services? We're seeking a dedicated Supervisor to monitor street operations and uphold high standards of safety and service delivery. Your expertise will make a real difference in our operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform site checks and road observations, documenting findings and providing reports to project staff.
  • Conduct wheelchair securement and vehicle cleanliness checks on in-service vehicles.
  • Monitor service operations for timeliness and compliance with schedules and routes.
  • Provide customer support at key locations and to site personnel.
  • Respond to accidents and incidents, assist in managing the situation, and ensure the swift return to regular service.
  • Accompany operators to medical facilities when needed, ensuring compliance with post-accident testing.
  • Fill vacant shifts as necessary to guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Conduct gate checks to confirm on-time service and proper completion of paperwork.
  • Identify potential rerouting due to traffic or accidents.
  • Ensure all operators are fit for duty, in uniform, and possess the required certifications.
  • Support operators with passenger or service issues.
  • Assist operational staff with vehicle changes in the field.
  • Provide feedback on safety and operational procedures, identifying hazards and suggesting improvements.
  • Contribute to determining the preventability of incidents and recommend training as necessary.
  • Document all field observations accurately and maintain records.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications according to local contract requirements.
  • Experience in passenger transportation preferred.
  • Field supervision experience is a plus.
  • Strong safety and service record.
  • Knowledge of local operations and training programs.
  • Familiarity with the service area.
  • Understanding of client and service performance standards.
  • Able to manage emergency situations effectively.
  • Knowledgeable of project vehicles and communication systems.
  • Familiar with State and Federal safety regulations and corporate policies.
  • Proficient in English and capable of effective communication.
  • Ability to work independently and objectively.

Starting pay rate: $25.46/hour. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement plans, paid time off, and sick leave.
