Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Worker to join our team. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for assembling and constructing various wooden components according to specifications. This is a vital role in our organization, as your craftsmanship and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality of our finished products.
  • 2nd shift - 4pm to 12:30am
  • Monday - Friday. Some Saturday's as needed.
  • Pay rate: $16.00-16.50/hr.

  • Must know how to read a tape measure.
Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly procedures.
  • Measure and cut wooden materials to the required dimensions.
  • Assemble wooden components using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the assembled products.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
Skills and Experience
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions.
  • Proven experience as a Wood Assembler or similar role.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
  • Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols.
