We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins on Feb 16, 2026, with 12-hour day or night shifts in a critical care and ICU setting. Candidates must be licensed in Wisconsin and be able to start as soon as credentialed, with temporary privileges available for clean backgrounds.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide advanced clinical care in critical care and ICU settings
• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients under physician supervision
• Perform and assist in procedures relevant to critical care
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols and documentation requirements

Additional Information

• Wisconsin PA license required
• NCCPA certification required
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
• Locum tenens candidates must be able to secure credentialing (up to 90 days), with temporary/emergency privileges available for clean backgrounds
