Security Credential Support Specialist

Overview

Securitas is excited to welcome a Security Credential Support Specialist to our dynamic team. This role is perfect for detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individuals who excel in managing various credentialing systems while ensuring data accuracy and security.

Your main responsibility will be to manage, print, program, and distribute building photo IDs and access cards for employees, vendors, and contractors across the U.S. You will work on-site at our facility located in Freehold, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function effectively in an on-site office environment.
  • Process and fulfill security credential requests using multiple systems, including:
    • Security Credential Center Request Database
    • Smartsheet
    • GNI-PDC web portal
  • Retrieve, review, and manage the cardholder photos and data necessary for ID issuance.
  • Utilize the Badge Management System to:
    • Search and create records
    • Upload, crop, and format photos
    • Issue photo ID and building access cards
  • Ensure high standards of quality control and accuracy for all credentials.
  • Adhere to provided guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, practices, and security protocols.
  • Manage access permissions within the C Cure access control system as needed.

Qualifications

  • Preferred previous experience in security credentialing, access control, or ID card production.
  • Proficient in data entry and familiar with navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Must possess a SORA CARD.
  • Willingness to work the scheduled shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma (minimum requirement).
  • Reliable transportation required.

Compensation

Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.
