Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic structural and civil engineering firm with offices in Oregon and Colorado. Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from design to construction phase completion.
  • Work closely with architects, team members, and contractors.
  • Make independent engineering decisions as a project manager.
  • Supervise, manage, and coordinate the work of less experienced engineers.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in project management, construction, and project coordination.
  • Experience in engineering or architecture.
  • Proficiency in civil and structural engineering.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • 4-12 years of experience in structural design.
  • Oregon P.E. license preferred (minimum of PE registration).
  • Proficiency in industry computer analysis and design software such as RISA, RAM, and Revit.

Work Environment
Our office is medium-sized, located in the suburbs with a 'family feel'. The leadership is open and caring towards employees, fostering a friendly and laid-back culture. The civil department is established and growing, offering lots of opportunities for career advancement. The work schedule is five days in the office, with flexible work-from-home options for extenuating circumstances. Office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, with the flexibility to start or end up to one hour earlier or later. The total office headcount is 30, with the civil engineering team currently consisting of 4 people, and plans to grow to 8-10 in the next five years. This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
