Required Skills:
- Valid Medical License to practice in Pennsylvania
- Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN or related specialty
- Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist roles or similar acute care settings
- Strong clinical skills in managing high-risk pregnancies, labor, and delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience with medical-legal documentation and compliance
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Knowledge of hospital workflows in the West Chester, PA area
- Prior experience as a locum physician
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of recent obstetrics and gynecology hospitalist experience
- Active Pennsylvania state medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Availability to work Weekend shifts
- Ability to provide coverage starting from 12/31/2025
- Willingness to comply with hospital policies and state regulations
- Certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS are required
- Reliable transportation for any required travel or hospital-specific onboarding
This is an outstanding opportunity to earn a competitive hourly pay rate of $234.00 while enjoying the benefits of weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), and ongoing support from a dedicated team.
