Job Details:

  • Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ
  • Starting Pay: $17.42/hr. + $750 new hire bonus plus potential bonuses up to $1,800
  • Schedule: Full-time, limited-service positions available within a 24/7 center.

Evening and night shifts enjoy a 10% differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for routine inquiries via phone, email, chats, and letters.
  • Utilize our computerized system for tracking inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and report issues as necessary.
  • Assist customers in completing applications and ensure adherence to privacy and HIPAA rules.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work overtime and scheduled holidays, as required.
  • Must work on-site to foster collaboration and teamwork.
