Join Our Team as a Team Shift Supervisor

We are excited to offer a competitive pay rate of up to $15 per hour for individuals with strong leadership abilities Please note that you will be working with a franchisee of Taco Bell, which means they will be your sole employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who determine their own wage and benefit packages, which may differ from other franchisees.

As a Team Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader by effectively overseeing shift operations and ensuring we meet Taco Bell's high standards. You will take ownership in resolving challenges, proactively seeking help when necessary, and guiding your team to success. Your mission is to ensure that all team members complete their assigned tasks while serving safe, quality food with a customer-oriented approach. We strive to create a welcoming work environment for our team and an enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer concerns and turning them into positive experiences
  • Delivering constructive and uplifting feedback to fellow team members
  • Maintaining open, honest, and transparent communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team
  • Adhering to all safety and security regulations, as well as cash management, inventory, and labor policies

Please note that this list of duties is not exhaustive. Employees typically work an average of 30+ hours per week; however, hours may fluctuate based on the restaurant's operational needs. The management team may modify or introduce new tasks and responsibilities at any time without prior notice.
