Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety in all actions and decisions.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and colleagues.
  • Actively listen and provide effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Prospect for new business and follow assigned leads, with ample advertising support to assist.
  • Schedule and conduct in-home sales appointments to discuss our innovative pest control solutions.
  • Perform inspections of customer properties—training will be provided.
  • Make informed recommendations based on your inspections, addressing customer questions and setting clear expectations.
  • Utilize digital tools like an iPad for drafting sales agreements and maintaining organization—training will also be given.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is needed
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications (covered by the company).
  • Ability to work independently in the field and effectively engage with clients.

Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and perform duties safely:

  • Safely use ladders within the weight limits.
  • Lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, including climbing, balancing, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
  • Be prepared to work in a variety of weather conditions.
